The product is good but it’s not working nicely because when we first use it..it works but after sometime it stopped printing..it shows some problem with our phone then tomorrow it doesn’t work then after sometime we started it again…then it works and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t…so the product is not too good because it shows problems to print sometimes…

This printer is supplied with demo print cartridge which is just good for installation and need to spend another 1500 to buy new cartridge as the supplied cartridge will not last long and will dry after printing few pages .

Bought it for casual, regular use. First ink cartilage went well, once it was empty i changed it with company cartilage. Wallah, empty before 10 pages, same again and again.
These are cheap printers with costly cartilages, buy which has ink fillers printers or else go to xerox shop, it will be way cheapper.

Printer is good & useful. all basic functions like print, scan & xerox are done easily. please don’t use the vendor mentioned in the amazon order for printer installation service since they dont arrive,. instead HP customer care is much useful, also installation is pretty easy if the Microsoft store in laptop is updated. we can do installation on our own too.

Qualitywise the plastic body used is fragile (like you get a feel that it might break). Although they have provided a paper for instructions with images on how to set it up – it’s very difficult for a new person to understand and then install it. A video link might help or you need to search on youtube. Print quality wise also – it’s not the best, but not worst also – it’s 4.8/5. I feel it’s a bit overpriced as well.
I connected to my Windows 10 laptop, it asked me to download HP software from Microsoft Windows Store and a few next-next-next things, setup was quick. You just sign-in with your email address registered to HP.
It’s a 5/5 product but will give 4 because I feel it’s a bit overpriced and paper might also get jammed sometimes.
Edit (31/01/2023) : The printer sometimes disconnects after 1 print and the pc/laptop stops detecting the printer.
