Don’t Buy. product quality is poor. I have purchased this six month ago and their display screen is not working. regarding this I have complained 15 days ago but no solution given from service centre.

A good product. Works as intended. Took some time to setup in s small office network but once working it’s running fine. Print quality in black is satisfactory and print speed is acceptable. Hopefully it will print as many pages as advertised. Would definitely recommend.

M2170 is the perfect printer for school and office related printing needs. It is one of the only printer with the features that I wanted
1) Wifi Connect for Cloud Print and Scan. Mobile Print and Scan.
2) Ink Tank for economic refill.One bottle cost around 600 and last for 6000 pages.
3) Only Black Ink. No Color. To reduce cost.
3) 2-sided auto-duplex printing. To save paper and avoid hassel in manually printing 2 sides.
4) Paper-In-Tray is inside the box. Capacity of 250 paper so do not have load paper everytime.
5) Paper-Out falls inside the box. So there are no trays jutting out.

Low cost print but very costly age life. I had used for 140000 copy and printer age finished which not repairable and you had to purchase new printer.

Took several calls to the toll-free Epson number and Amazon to get the printer installed (the installation works easily if you know the printer’s ip address), but otherwise the printer works great. Thanks!

Brought this product after a lot of research as I have use cannon, HP for my office use. I would always end up spending more money on the cartridge. So I looked up for alternatives and found Epson who has a complete different approach. We have to use ink which would cost a reasonable 850/- per bottle for every 3000 shts. This looks promising. So I have planned to give it a try. The print speed is very good and WiFi networks works great. My model is M2140.
