Just want to share my printer buying experience – selecting a printer was an exhaustive task. Reviews and ratings about printers are very negative, misleading and confusing.
I went with HP because this is my 2nd printer from HP. Previously I got cartridge printer, still works fine.
I finalised this one for its duplex feature, helps save papers.
Product looks and works good. Installation was smooth.

I want to give ‘0’ Rating for this product: Printer gives lot of issues and Pathetic Service from HP. Technician comes and he says something to replace and after 1 or 2 weeks they come and try to change the part and still printer wont work. Then they will say, some other part needs replacement. Like that without printer issue fixed, 2 to 3 months will be passed. This is all, if your product is under warranty; think what happens if the product goes out of warranty. Pathetic service from HP.

This is my first Ink Tank printer. My previous printers were all cartridge-types. IMHO, per my initial experience, the Ink Tank scores better than the cartridge. This printer requires some installation; viz. emptying the supplied ink bottles into the corresponding tanks. But, that’s a simple task. If you are a non-technical novice, then it’d be bettter if You watch some explanatory YouTube videos prior to commencing this task, as the printed documentation does seem inadequate for a novice. Otherwise, even for non-technical people, everything should be a breeze. Oh, and don’t forget to keep the printer busy at least once a week; else there’s the danger of ink drying in the system.

Not value for money. Colour printing quality is not good. Even my 10yrs old hp 3545 prints very good colour prints. Black and white prints are good.
Worst WiFi connectivity. After 10 pages connectivity will go. Then paper will come out with half printed paper.Again we’ve to start. USB printing is fast and good.
They mentioned as 8K colour and 12K black and white prints. But it’s 8K colour OR 12K B/W prints mentioned on the box. I doubt it’ll give that much prints. Because after 500 normal (not heavy) prints almost 20% ink completed.
I am regretting my decision to purchase this.
