I brought it online as i wanted emi on it else i could got it 1200rs cheaper rate with my distributor. Its latest ink tank segment printer in all brands. So many things hp has upgraded in this series. Software also upgraded. U can feel that AI support also in software and hardware. Eprint supported. Its HP + category printer so everything enhanced. Mobile scanning also supported. Dont miss firebolt nova smart watch with this printer till December 31st. Its easy process to claim. So many users complained that amazon not provide bill with s/n and so thay not got watch, but we have to attach invoice and warranty slip gather.

I normally dont make time to write reviews. However in this case, since I have been facing unrelenting problems with this product, I through I should not only let others know , but also making an attempt to reach HP concerned team to know the issues customers face. This product came on 16th August. The product had no catelogue or any piece of information about installation and filling the ink. I had to spend lot of time looking at you tube to do the same. Does it mean HP has officially handed over responsibilities to youtubers to guide customers? They claim they have their website. really? go to the website and you will understand the scores of links that you need to click before you get some help. Neverthe less I did with difficulty despite being a IT guy myself. From the time installed, I downloaded HP smart on my PC and laptop and tried to print and scan. Most of the times, the printer is offline though I poweron. It prints some times, some times it does not when it is not ready . When I try to scan I get a message, scanner is not supported. Can you imagine? If you think as a customer I am doing something wrong, please trust, I have done all that is to be done to make it work, however this terrible printer design is so bad it does not respond. To add the woes, you contact HP india support and select printer support, they offer a call back and call back never happens. If you speak to somebody on WA, they say all kind of emapthy things but dont provide resolution. I am ever more shocked when I came to know that they do not have virtual support by taking remote control of my system to check the error from HP smart on my PC. Now I am endlessly waiting to for a technician to call me and so far none.

Es una excelente impresora para trabajos escolares, de oficina y fotocopiados que no requieran de grandes volúmenes. Su velocidad de impresión en b/n es aceptable, en color se nota mucho su lentitud. La calidad de impresión es excelente, es importante el tipo de papel que se utilice, en papel bond y reciclados son excelentes, en caso de requerir una máxima calidad utilizar los papeles HP o de algodón. En papeles satinados hacer las impresiones pausadas, esto es hoja por hoja y esperar unos minutos antes de volver a imprimir la siguiente hoja. La calidad de las tintas es excelente, no se despintan. Estoy haciendo trabajos en donde requiero humedecer la impresión para pegar en madera MDF sin problema. Los consumibles son mucho más económicos en comparación de otros modelos de la misma marca, además los botes de tinta son fáciles de manipular. La instalación por WiFi (por no tener un cable) fue un poco complicada.

Colour print a bit slower but quality is good, BW print it’s MASTER, installation very easy, some time paper stuck, PAPER TRAY IS SMALL, PRINTOUT TRAY NARROW (COST CUTTING CASE) Ink consumption almost nothing (it just smells ink not drinking) mobile operation hard and glitchy, no noise, scanner quality good( I don’t use scanner frequently) cable and switches are awesome, packing is good but scanner side need more cushioning, look wise it’s bigger than image shows, 2×2 feet table space needed, yes children under ten must be reach out of it, finally it’s looks sweet and sober, and end of the day YES IT WORKS AS PROMISED.

 The HP 585 printer is average. Prints photos and documents but not as expected. You need to install hp smart and hp print service for android. Print speed is very slow and takes a lot of time to print wirelessly. Sometimes shows error and cancels. Hp customer care is not helpful.There is no option of changing waste ink pad after it gets full after sometime…..Most imp…. HP is not giving the watch even after filling form and registering the printer online. They are asking for a invoice in which the serial number is written but amazon doesn’t provide such invoice. This is a scam which HP is doing. Don’t buy this printer over other printer just because its giving smart watch free.
Posting review after 3 month of Use Printer is not very good. I DO NOT recommend. Hp technicians DON’T COME to help u out if you have a problem. Sometimes the printer can create a problem or cancel the prints (happened with me) and u will have to troubleshooting yourself. Even if there is full ink both colors and black, white lines come when u print as shown in photo on all 3 colors. I make sure to print twice weekly but still its happening. Cannot print duplex. Has problem loading photo paper. There is no option of selecting alternate page while printing from ipad. One needs a pc for that. No waste inkpad , so basically might have to throw away the printer after a few years. Given 5 star else amazon not showing on top. Prospective buyer should know the cons.
Ich glaube, dieser Drucker wird nicht offiziell in Deutschland vertrieben. Zum Kauf hat mich das gute Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis und die niedrigen Druckkosten bewogen, nachdem ich für meinen alten HP Drucker mehrmals im Jahr hochpreisige Patronen kaufen musste, die nach kürzester Zeit wieder leer waren. Somit wurde es Zeit umzusteigen. Die mechanische Installation gestaltete sich als schwierig, weil nur Anleitungen dabei waren, die ich nicht lesen konnte (Osteuropa). Es war noch nicht mal eine englische oder französische Anleitung darunter. Schließlich nach einigem Probieren und einem nicht unbedingt gelungen privaten YouTube Video in Englisch war es geschafft. Die Software PC Installation war hingegen ganz einfach. Drucker googeln, Software herunterladen, Schritte befolgen und fertig. Für das Handy gibt es die HP App im Playstore. Darüber lässt sich der Drucker auch sehr gut bedienen. Eigescannte Dokumente bekommt man direkt aufs Handy oder umgekehrt. Die Druckgeschwindigkeit könnte etwas schneller sein, aber das Druckbild ist absolut okay. Bilder müssen in der höchsten Auflösung gedruckt werden und sehen auch auf normalem Papier gut aus. Ich betreibe den Drucker komplett über WLAN, wobei auch ein USB Anschluß vorhanden ist. Es werden relativ große Tintenflaschen mitgeliefert, so dass er mehrmals kostengünstig befüllt werden kann. Stand heute, absolut empfehlenswert und seit der Installation bin ich total entspannt beim Ausdrucken und scheue mich nun auch nicht mehr in Farbe auszudrucken.

Llevo un par de dÃas usando esta impresora y hasta ahora funciona muy bien. Llego antes de lo esperado, lo cual le da puntos extra. La instalación me tomo alrededor de 1.5 hrs, sobre todo xq soy del tipo que lee el manual primero, pero si ya tienes experiencia seguro te tomará menos tiempo. Hay que rellenar el depósito con las tintas de colores, después instalar los cabezales de impresión y después un par de impresiones para calibrar. Finalmente instale la app para imprimir wireless desde mi tablet, es bastante intuitivo. Después de eso estuve listo para imprimir, gran calidad y colores vividos. No trae cable usb pero es lo de menos. Esta impresora será perfecta si la tinta rinde lo que promete. Me falta probar el escaner pero no espero problemas. En conclusion
si la recomiendo, sobre todo x la comodidad de imprimir desde tu tablet o celular.
Update: cambie de red de internet y fue una pesadilla volver a configurar la impresora a la nueva red, las instrucciones rodaban en cÃrculos de un lugar a otro sin ninguna claridad. Termine instalando el software de la impresora a una laptop y reconfigure a través de un cable usb, después de mucho tiempo encontré la forma de reconfigurar la red y eso me permite volver a imprimir directo desde mi celular, pero si quiero imprimir desde la laptop tengo que conectar el usb, aunque no es mucho problema.
