I have been using the HP Smart Tank 580 All-in-one WiFi Colour Printer for a few weeks now and I am very impressed with its performance and features. It initially was working really bad as it was only able to print black and white images and the color printerhead was faulty and printed blocks instead of images but i contacted hp customer care and they sent a person the next day for servicing and replaced the printerhead with a new one it is working fine now. Good support by HP idk why people are complaining when i faced no issues with servicing

Very slow and irritating noise. Not worth at this price of Rs16k, Paper gets stuck, plus it shows 1 yr extended warranty which is not avl in real case. Better option available other than HP.

It’s the most advanced printer for home/office usage to date in the market. I am finding the printer very friendly. Let’s understand why it’s better…
– Easy installation, no expertise required (I watched some youtube unboxing videos)
– Spill-proof ink filling makes it easier to refill ink tanks and it comes with old-school cartridges which are very easy to install as well.
– Good printing quality, smart functions for an easy copy (B/W & Color) are very useful (direct copies from the scanner)
– WiFi connectivity makes it a go-to printer for all connected devices (Phones, Laptops, PC, etc)
What could have been better
– I am finding it difficult to keep the printer away from dust, this printer could have been provided with a perfect fit cover keeping in mind the Indian household scenario.
– Start-up time / Lead time is a bit on the higher side when given instructions to print. (it’s because of various functions given and the printer runs the check to ensure every function is stable every time it wakes up)
– The scanner cover could have been made adjustable, (scanning thick books is an issue)
Nonetheless, this printer suits my need for a home printer and with a price point of 15K it serves the purpose well.

VERY SLOW ONE TO PRINT YOU CAN AVAIL HIGH FAST PRINTING IN 6000 BUDGET ITSELF. AND ALSO TO DELIVER COMMAND FROM COMPUTER to PRINTER ALSO IT WILL TAKE ALMOST 2 MINUTES TO ACTIVATE PRINTING
GETTING INK GAPS IN BETWEEN LINE TO LINE
THE SOFTWARE HAS SOMANY PROBLEMS
NO DIGITAL SCREEN.YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT’S HAPPENING.

what bothered me is the excessive otps and its my first time Someone is asking pan card details for a product. Even a paid product and platform never asked pan card . otp system is disgusting. Asking pan card details is frustrating.
Never expected such things . In the name of free watch they are getting excessive details which i felt is a security breach particular ly PAN card and its OTP . so its a big no from my side since the free item should be given with the delivery of printer itself or should dispatch automatically with the details provided for the printer.
I felt it a security threat .
WE STOPPED CLAIMING WATCH AFTER SEEING THE EXCESSIVE STEPS THAT WILL EXTRACT EVERY DETAIL WITH ITS OTP .

Printer is little slow when printing even documents. If someone wants bulk printing not recommended. You may need to wait longer to complete it. Installation too more than 4 days after delivery.
