Edit: Aspiring businesses should take note. This is how a business is built. I had a bad experience and my original review is at the end. But these guys cared to reach out and offered to refund or replace my unit. I said I would be happy with a replacement. They suggested to clean the drum and try again, if problem persists, they’ll replace. Thanks to their outreach, my toner problem is solved and I’m a permanent customer from now on. Even recommending them to my friends. Btw it was just some grime on the drum, their toner was fine.
Original: I did save some money on this but the printouts have black spots. I don’t know if I did something wrong during installation but I can’t recommend it to a friend at this point.

This cartridge is very reliable and more importantly reliable across time. I’ve been using it for 2 years now and ordered 7 units one after another and every time the quality has been consistently good. Maybe you save a hundred rs with other suppliers but this one gives peace of mind that it will work correctly with good quality everytime. As long as the printer is kept dust free there will be no issues with the prints for thousands of pages, I have printed about 12000 pages so far using these and never faced an issue. Next day delivery helps seal the deal.

I ordered this for the second time as a replacement cartridge for my printer. Experience from the first time purchase was good, cartridge provided good prints. Problem started from second time purchase onwards. First the cartridge sent did not work, when I got it checked I was told that there is no ink! I managed a replacement from Amazon. The replacement worked for a month and after that it started giving black pages instead of prints. I again referred it to a printer shop who have informed that the cartridge has gone bad and need to be replaced.

Overall experience was outstanding. Product was delivered within 4 hours !!. Great packaging, easy to install and great price. I would give it a 5 star if not for the few black dots/specks in the initial print outs. Not sure it is a drum issue or a toner issue. Need to investigate
