Other negative reviews have focussed on the vertical lines and poor quality of the drum, which was true in my case as well. However, as long as it printed, I would have had no problem with this drum. However, the “Replace drum” error showed up on my Brother DCP L2541-DW printer after about 100 pages printed, and despite cleaning and re-installing the drum, would not go away. Had to order a new one from a different company. Waste of money — do not buy.

I was truly disappointed by the product and white-labelled brand per se. The drum roller was defective and damaged, out of the box. It was printing saturated black, thick vertical lines across every page. The printer was even noisier than usual. It should have been such a simple plug and play replacement but it turned out to be a thorough waste of money not to mention peace of mind
