This looks like a duplicate toner. It lasted for 2.5-3 months only whereas the toner we bought earlier for Rs. 550/piece was printing properly for 3-4 months in the same office conditions. Not worth and going back to 550/- toner

I’ve genuinely used Brother products since owning their compact typewriters… The printer is superb for sure. The drum and toner unit is good. The original toner that came with the printer gave a yield of around 900 pages on toner save mode… I purchased the original replacement in July that promised me 2600 pages… unfortunately it fails to deliver and the toner was empty (using toner save mode again) within 900 pages… I have now installed the third genuine toner… but to hope it will deliver 2600 pages is futile. Disappointed by deceptive marketing from a company that I trusted for many years.
The bottom line: If you want hassle free, non-jamming performance, the genuine toners are the only way to go… at a high cost of printing unfortunately.
