Reviewing after almost a month’s usage, Resonate RouterUPS is a great product! The battery backup it provides to the Router is upwards of 4+ hours, which was astonishing to me. Also, whenever power vanishes, the Router stays on! It is seamless, as if nothing happened.
The installation is very easy, and for those who need there’s a note that tells you how to install it. The product is compact sized, so no worry about space. Looks aesthetic too.
And guess what, their Customer Support Team is extremely friendly. Their response to emails, if any, is very quick. They seem eager to help. Overall, a great buy for your Router. Highly recommended.

I purchased this device and it worked well for a year, but after a month of warranty period exhaust, it stopped working. I contacted the Resonate customer care. They replaced it with a brand new UPS even though the warranty period had already passed. Thanks for supporting Resonate.

Worst product! It didn’t work even once. They allow only 7 days for an exchange—if you don’t check within that period, you’re out of luck.

Reviewing after 4 years (purchased in 2021). Product worked flawlessly for 4 years, despite the repeat power cuts we face in India, it withstood all of that. Coming back to purchase a replacement now. Simple to install, works without the need for any routine maintenance and lasted this long. Go for it

It’s really light weight and it works. With Jio, it provides approx 8 hours backup.

Before completing 2 years battery died and UPS stopped working; when light goes router will be switched off. Had to spent 900 more to get it repaired.
