I purchased a Resonate Router UPS from Amazon on August 16 2024. I have a warrant for 1 year Unfortunately, the device is not functioning as expected—it fails to provide backup for more than 10 minutes.
I am reaching out to express my concern regarding the lack of support and response from your customer care team. Despite my previous attempts to seek assistance, I have not received any resolution or communication.

It’s quit useful for home, office as I bought this for my home in nepal cause of electricity is not stable 🙃, but since I am using this, very nice.

Reviewing after 4 years (purchased in 2021). Product worked flawlessly for 4 years, despite the repeat power cuts we face in India, it withstood all of that. Coming back to purchase a replacement now. Simple to install, works without the need for any routine maintenance and lasted this long. Go for it

I purchased this device and it worked well for a year, but after a month of warranty period exhaust, it stopped working. I contacted the Resonate customer care. They replaced it with a brand new UPS even though the warranty period had already passed. Thanks for supporting Resonate.
