product is good but Seller should have sent a sealed packet. Also when I tried to insert sim, It wasnt going in. I opened screws and saw someone’s jio sim is stuck in it and a pin was bent.

After almost 2 months, I am reviewing the Lapcare Modem. I want to mention the following points: – 1) First of all, at this price range, u will not get any other 4g dongle with all sim support, so it is pocket friendly. 2) The dongle is absolutely working fine and speed is also good. 3) I have used all sims like Voda, Jio and Airtel , all r working fine but i got best speed in Voda ,it depends on the area we are staying. 4) No heating issue has been detected so far, I have already used more than 3 dongles including this, the heating is normal . Slight heat u can feel on dongle by touching it but it is absolutely normal , normally every dongle is heated when use but it is same as compare to other dongles. 5) Use Jio/Voda/Airtel for all dongle and i suggest u all guyz not to use BSNL , if u use the sim having low network coverage , automatically the phone will also get heated and it is dongle, so it will be heated too. So, use the sims whose network coverge is good , u will get good speed. All the info. , i have provided above is given after testing it for 2 months. Don’t go for bad reviews . It is best in all respect at this price range. I think the information I have provided will be useful for all. Thank you guyz..

Not a satisfactory product. Might have returned it, but finally deciding to keep it as a backup option due to the cheaper price of 1941 compared to other dongles.
Cons: 1. Description says it allows 10 devices to connect, but it actually allows only 8 as per router admin page. 2. Usable only if you are in the same room. If you go to a different room, max I’d get is 1.5 to 1.8 Mbps on same Jio connection which gives me 10-12 Mbps when I’m in same room with dongle. Note that to ensure that issue is from dongle and not from mobile signal, instead of moving the dongle, I moved the laptop to a different room. And sometimes, even the router admin page takes time to load. 3. Wifi would occasionally disconnect suddenly. 4. When connecting to the wifi of this dongle, windows 10 gives a warning that this device uses older outdated security protocols.
