A good dual purpose monitor from Samsung. It can be used for your daily work. It also serves as a smart TV with inbuilt apps like Amazon Prime, Netflix etc. it also comes with some subscription free channels which is good to see the News and share market related news.
The inbuilt speakers are good enough.
It has eARC port which allows to connect if you have any audio systems.
It could have been nice if the audio equaliser was made available.
Overall, it is a recommended product for those who are looking for a smart monitor.

Value for money as I got it discounted in festive time. I got white one and it looks nice, good for office, gaming and watching TV.

The product is generally satisfactory.
However, the stand is not perpendicular to the base, which causes the monitor to tilt 10 degrees to the right. This appears to be a manufacturing defect.

Purchasing this monitor has been one of the worst decisions I’ve made. Despite the premium price and brand reputation, the monitor fails at its basic function—delivering accurate color output. When connected to a PC via HDMI, colors are completely washed out. Blacks appear grey, reds shift to orange, and the overall image quality is unsuitable for tasks that require precision, such as photo editing.
Adding to the frustration, Samsung’s customer service was dismissive. The technician who visited outright denied the issue, claiming the device is “non-defective.” Samsung’s response to my complaint was equally unhelpful, offering no real resolution.
To make matters worse, Amazon refused to accept a return or provide a replacement, citing Samsung’s denial of the issue. This lack of accountability from both Samsung and Amazon has been extremely disappointing.
I expected better from a brand like Samsung and a platform as trusted as Amazon. I strongly advise against purchasing this monitor—or any product—if you value quality, accountability, or customer support.

Low display quality…and remote is pathetic battery gets drained with in few hours…not even lasting for a day.
Tired changing battery…then tried searching for new remote online on Amazon..and you will be surprised to know that…it is costing me 4500+ for a remote.
Please arrange to change my remote as my product is in warranty I just purchased in the month of October,2024.

I bought M5 32 Inc value for money, i am using both as TV and monitor picture and sound quality both is good, big screen very good for trading, Chart looks very clear and can see 8 screen fit for this screen. I personally like it.

I have been using this product for more than a month now. The picture quality is excellent. Application store has all the major entertainment apps. Facing no issues so far.
