After Use of product for One month, I can write it’s Performance:-
Function of this product very good, But saying to update apps one week.
Battery life is about 3-4 hours.
Keyboard quality is very good
Value for money, just like it very much.

Initially the product was deliver with broken charger after communicating the problem with seller they promised to send the power cable only (after lot of argument) but it has been a month they have have not sent the power cable…
2nd thing after using the product (after purchasing charger of my own)for a week some cracks started to develope on the left side after few days cracks developed all over the base plate and now breaking into small peices .when i contact the seller after a lot of argument the are asking to send the laptop back to them (though they have a service centre in nehru place delhi but saying send it to gujrat they have main branch in gujrat )for repair and they are not even taking the responsibility of any loss during transportation

Received in good condition, and also got support from recyclekart team. Function , display and other things ok. Looks little old. But obviously it’s pre owned, so accepted.

Very worst product. The same has not worked from last 20 days. We have shown the laptop in Visakhapatnam authorised LENOVO Service Center. They said you have purchased refurbished laptop in online we cannot provide service under warranty. We have paid Rs.885/- for fist time checkup. And against 2 days after laptop got repaired and went to service center. They said mother board not working, you may contact amazon online help number. Please advise us for further process to get my laptop in working condition.

The Laptop is good, performance is good. Had issue with the touchpad it was not working properly not an Issue. I had reached the customer care of Newjaisa and immediately they had ordered the spare and received in a couple of days. The part received is working fine and I had replaced myself. It is worth to have I7 8th gen,16 GB and 512 Gb SSD. The battery health is also fine for this Range. It had two batteries, One external and one internal. The external battery capacity is 19200/24050 and Internal Health is 11500/23940. No heating issues, The screen display is great. Overall I am satisfied with the refub- Laptop with seller warranty for 6 Months. Had a prompt response with the support team.

I received a non-functional (dead) laptop. While the physical condition appeared satisfactory, the device does not power on. The Caps Lock and power buttons are flashing, indicating an issue. Upon contacting the seller’s support, I was instructed to send the laptop to Bangalore for repairs, after which it would be returned to me. Amazon’s customer support also declined to accept a return, citing a lack of stock for replacement. Instead, they proposed sending a technician to resolve the issue.
This entire process has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Why should a buyer endure such inconvenience for a defective product?
I strongly advise against purchasing refurbished products from Amazon, as it may lead to unnecessary hassles.
It is far better to buy from a local vendor, even if it means spending a bit more, as the peace of mind is worth it.
