I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with a Lenovo refurbished laptop I recently purchased from Amazon. Unfortunately, the product I received is defective and does not meet the expected quality standards.
The laptop has the following issues:

1. A full refund.
2. A replacement with a functional unit.
Additionally, I suggest Amazon refrain from selling refurbished laptops that fail to meet quality checks to avoid inconveniences for future customers.

I bought this ThinkPad for 15000rs I was a bit skepticle since it is refurbished but bought it anyway when I saw the no. of purchases on this.i was unsure of what model it was at the time of purchasing since it is not mentioned .i recieved a t470 with the mentioned processor and ram with a satisfactory 1080p screen and a good 3-4 hours external battery backup,internal battery is not given but you can get one separately. No scratches to be seen as such ,keyboard and trackpad,trackpoint were perfectly good ,handles win 11 like a beast ,tho I prefer win 10 ,it will get the work done ,but don’t buy for editing and gaming ofcourse(you can enjoy older games tho, search on YouTube “games for hd520”,i tried valorant ,it gives anywhere from 50 to 95 fps at 1600x900res) ,classic ThinkPad design is a thing of beauty, newer laptops available at starting range of 30000rs can’t even compare to this,though it heats up just a tad bit but that’s okay for a laptop,though I would mention I have seen gap in body joints(i will attach a pic) but I wouldn’t mind that.since it is amazon fulfilled and has 6 months warranty , i recommend it ,will give you much better experience then any new entry level laptop

My old Lenovo laptop was out of date with Windows7 and I needed a better configuration which suits the current need of the day . I bought the laptop after much apprehension as I had never taken a refurbished product .
When I received the product first , I checked the configuration and it was carrying the same . However on closer scrutiny I found out that some of the keys were not working and one of the locks of the battery was broken . I raised a request for replacement and the same was addressed by Amazon as well as the seller promptly .
However , the next laptop which was delivered , had a teething battery issue and every time I contacted the tech team of the seller , they responded properly , checked the system online and sent a replacement . When I received the third battery it seemed okay but simultaneously the screen went off and started showing multi colours . Tech team again checked the system and got it picked up by a couriers and delivered another one in around 10 days .
The current system is being used for the past 8-9 days and it is currently running fine .
The seller has an excellent Tech Support team , special mention of their engineer Ali who patiently listens to the problem . However their Quality Check team is extremely careless and not doing their job properly . This is why I am deducting one mark from the overall rating .
The configuration is good for this price and certainly serves to students who are on a shoestring budget .

After seeing good reviews I bought this laptop, it workd normally for 1 month, then over heating problem was there, and two batteries are inside laptop but they disconnected 2 nd battery from laptop, dont know why they disconnected second battery. After 3 month month my laptop dead, its not even switching on, gave it to service center, they said circuit failure and ic failure, its repair cost is very high. So please buy new Laptop in Emi, dont fall for rate. Save
