1 Of All I Recived The Lenovo Idea Pad Slim 1, 15’7
Without Backlid Key, but In specification mention this is Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3 15’6 & Keybord Backlid is not valibal, & chager is old type of not accutly like that, that type of Charger are recive now a days, & into the laptop under box packing is so chip as I feel otherwise no any issu I found on laptop, the Laptop is fresh like new no scratches or dent on body out & inside of laptop
I have not checked yet the laptop
& About the packing of Amazon is frusteted me, very chip quality of packing by Amazon tapes are open, & outer box is also open, the time offer by Amazon for doorstep delevery is 12 days but I recvied the product in 8 days

I got it at 41,600 (renewed-Condition is perfect, like new).
Performance is Excellent, Value for money, the R5-5500u beats i5-11gen, games like GTA-V playable.
Though you may want to upgrade RAM (the biggest bottleneck, as 2.1GB used by iGPU so 5.9 available)
Display is better than average, but I prefer glossy ones. Battery life is also decent(4.5-7 hrs).
This is my first renewed product and I don’t regret buying it. I had to sweat a lot to convince family to buy renewed laptop (after I told them that the laptop is perfect, they say “Parts badal dete hain, jaldi kharab ho jayega” :)).

Little bit sound issue and ms office has given only for 10 days after that it asks me activation key.

Laptop offers MS office 2021 home and student edition but i couldn’t activate it. It always asking for a product key and there is nothing such thing available on the box. I contact Amazon support, lenovo support , microsoft support but i didn’t get a solution for the problem. Microsoft support said because of renewed laptop the licence for the Ms office is already provided to someone else so without that account they couldn’t do anything. Laptop was looking good just like new one and performance was also good only issue i faced is related to MS Office.

recieved defective product no sound and camera. after lots of complaints no technician visited. even after lots of efforts customer support executive raised return request. wishmaster picked it and updated wrong that i dont want to return product. my product has gone and i did not got any refund. they scammed
