Overall, it’s a very good laptop- very snappy, but the battery is poor—it lasts only 4 hours at most

Fan is good no heating issue . Sound quality is also good

I bought it for daily use but facing lot of issues..
1. battery backup is worst of this laptop every 1% battery drop in 1-2 minutes
2. speaker not upto the mark..low sound quality
3. screen brightness little bit low
I tried to return it multiple times but pickup failed as no one come to pickup it…3 pickup attempt failed..I called customer care multiple times for this… finally 4 th time my pickup was successful and I returned it and save my money
