I bought this laptop in Amazon sale because it was a great deal but it turns out that they sent a defective product. On normal usage it’s battery only lasts 1 hour and on gaming 20 mins and it also heats very much. They were not even replacing it. After 1 weak they accepted my request to replace it. But next day it got rejected when my replacement product was out for delivery. When I contacted customer support they said they can return it replacement not possible. From then I am waiting for pickup to return it. I had a pathetic experience.No doubt it is a good laptop but I suggest do not buy from here. Try some other website or offline store you really want it

The media could not be loaded.
 Very good laptop but some heating issues there it is more efficient of you use it with a cooling pad. And battery drains very fast if you arw using the laptop unplugged then make sure that you have switched your refresh rate from fixed 144hz to dynamic 60-144 it reduce battery draining. Gives best gaming performance while plugged in.
