Received the laptop on Saturday and have to say I am relived as the previous reviews were pretty scary.
First of all i would like to educate the previous reviewers about how to setup a windows laptop.
1)You would require a hotmail/outlook email id(mandatory) and microsoft authenticator (not mandatory)
to login to the laptop and set it up.
2)If you don’t have one you can create it during setup.
3)you will get full version of OS and Office only once you register the laptop in the hotmail/outlook account.
I saw a screen shot in a previous review stating office only a trial version. I observed they were registering office to their yahoo id. If you do so obviously you will get only trial version.

The product description says that windows and office 2021 is included. Office 2021 product activation key was not provided. I was given bogus information by Madhusmita that this product can handle office 2021 and that is what the product description means. Mohammad told me that this means that we only get a trial version, not pre-installed office and no activation key.

I’m thoroughly disappointed with this Lenovo laptop. The build quality is incredibly poor, giving the laptop a cheap and flimsy feel. The front camera’s low quality makes video calls a struggle, while the battery life is shockingly short, barely lasting a couple of hours even with minimal use. What’s worse, the laptop heats up rapidly, making it uncomfortable to use.
When I reached out to Lenovo’s technical support about the battery issue, their response was unsatisfactory, showing a lack of concern for the problem. A Brand technician suggested returning the item, but things took a bizarre and shocking turn when he told Amazon that he had already visited us and examined the laptop, which was then found to be in good working order. This level of deception has eroded my trust in the brand.
Overall, this laptop’s poor build, subpar camera, dreadful battery life, and questionable customer service have left me regretting my purchase. I strongly advise against considering this model; it’s been nothing but a series of frustrations and disappointment.

First day itself it has taken some updates & asked for restart. After selected restart option it’s just showing lenova logo nothing else. After did lots of research I found a option to reinstall windows. Now trying that last option if it not works will return this product.

Worst Camera pls dont buy this laptop at all. Waist of money and no support from the Amazon team. They have assign first technician and after that purpose not resolve they are also assign second technician. They have only waisted my time. I asked for replacement of this product they have also denied.

I am writing this review after reading almost all reviews. MS office has full license, the laptop did take updates (what else did you expect with Windows) but that was a one time event. I got this laptop for 49,000 rupees in prime sale. Core i7 at 49,000 is a killer deal guys. Almost all i7 laptops start above 65k (gen12 though but the datasheet doesn’t indicate much difference). If you want to enjoy the i7 experience at a lower cost this is for you.

Type c changing port which is the order of the day is not there.
Could have had another USB type a port
Too many keys clubbed with function keys- not sure if it us the usual Lenovo way. This is my 1st Lenovo laptop.
