It has the perfect combination of memory and storage , latest graphic card ,latest 12 gen intel core 5 and additional functions like touch screen, 360 degree rotation and a stylus worth of rs 4000 Instead of buying a laptop of nearly same price with ram of 16 gb which actually is not required even 8 gb is more than enough for regular work go for this touchscreen laptop its more convenient and fun Thankyou!!

Just unboxed it and made a full movie as the Amazon box came without any extra packing materials. Basically got the HP box (another poorly packed box, with a couple of flimsy eggshell packing) loose inside the Amazon box. One star for that. Fist impression of the laptop is good. Bulky but the flexibility of using as a tablet is great. Pen response is ok, kind of slow and it seems that I will never use it because of that. It takes a good amount of time for setting up, unlike a Mac. Giving 4 stars without much usage. However, I don’t suggest buying it online due to poor packing.

When setting up, the warranty provided was only for 10 months instead of the customary 1 year and HP was least bothered to fix it in spite of repeated attempts to contact them. Never buy a HP laptop again.

I had mac book air prior to this…but my mac got some irreparable issue so I went in to buy this…I chose this HP laptop becoz it looks so much like my mac…so look and feel is premium…but audio is too low..display is not as good as mac and sometimes I feel touchscreen is also not that responsive
