First of all, the laptop had different motherboard and don’t buy from Amazon if you have old hp laptop to exchange, at hp store they will give you more than 10000 for your old hp laptop.
Also the screen flickered alot after using it for 3 days.

Touch pad got unresponsive since I got the product . I tried updating bias and windows also tried reinstalling driver still no change. Turning off and on touchpad solves the problem temporarily please fix this problem

Problems: 1. trackpad is not responsible even not working 2. Auto change in refresh rate 60hz to 144hz. No after selecting 144hz display changes refresh rate to 60Hz. In changing it automatically changing to 144hz. but on battery auto shift 60hz. Laggs sometimes. Yeah, even ryzen 7, 16gb ram. I don’t know but this is truth. Here, I have opened around 10 tabs in chrome and around 11 tabs in edge. Screen off for 5mins then I opened and for 10mins I works very slow.
pros: 87k deal is great 😃 8gb graphics funstatic 🚀 Hp support is great 👍 compared with Asus, MSI, Dell. I found great support. Great display
But trackpad is my priority, that’s why I have returned.

Got it at a good price with a discount coupon from Amazon. The item is an old stock and hence the heavily discounted price of Rs 90,000. After I checked the Mfg date, I thought I will return the item, but out of curiosity, I opened the package and found the product is ‘New’ and never used – so I gave it a try, and I liked, so kept it.

I was looking for a laptop that can handle all my content requirements and gaming demands. The OMEN 16 is perfect as it has the specs that a gamer wants in very clean design. It handles all AAA titles like a dream and stays reasonably cool while at it. It is also great for content creation because of its RAM, powerful CPU and GPU. I can happily say that it’s future-proof as well.
