A disappointed hp laptop owner –
The media could not be loaded.
Forget buying HP laptops anymore. The probability of hardware failure is lot more in HP than in other comparable brands. I bought hp 15 laptop for around 15k. Within a month it’s shutdown and doesn’t power up. No sign of life in laptop. I guess it’s motherboard issue. Would you expect your new laptop to die like this and you have to wait for a week till the technician arrives? Please I’m so disappointed with hp that I’m never turning this side again.i already had a hp laptop years before it had screen and battery issue .. I changed on my own. Now it’s gone completely dead even within month. My advice would be to go for Lenovo even if it’s a bit costlier. You can be sure you get what you pay for unlike this crap hp sells.
