This laptop is a great choice for students and working professionals. It has a durable full metallic body and smooth keys that provide a great typing experience. It also comes with Dell’s excellent customer support, which is a major advantage over other brands.
I had a previous experience with Asus S15, which had a display issue. The customer support was not helpful, and I had to go through a lot of hassle to return it. This made me realize the importance of good customer support, and I am glad that Dell offers this.

My experience with my Dell Vostro laptop is very good because of I think again I choose Dell but it’s my wrong decision. I used this laptop from 1 month and I faced losts of issue from Day 1 that not solved by Dell technician nor Amazon technician. Think about that you spent 70k above for a i5 13th 1340p processor and that process hanging to run simple tasks and new laptop have blutooth issue.

Bought a laptop on 9th Oct 2023. And next day on the 10th get a Hard drive issue while setting up. There is an internal issue with the Hard Disk. And it can’t be resolved by the Dell tech support team. Finally asked Amazon for a return but they replied they didn’t have this model. While if you check for buying it is available. That is an important part of cheating customers.
