I bought dell 5329 inspiron! The service is really worst. Soon after purchasing buzzing sounds are coming from inside of laptop and dell executives are not responding correctly. This is really waste service and waste of money.

Screen quality is superb.

My journey began with an Amazon purchase of a Dell laptop, which turned out to be a nightmare from the get-go. The product I received was not only used and damaged, but it was also falsely advertised as new. The laptop bore scratches and dents, its performance was abysmal, and it was clear that someone else had owned and used it before me.
Despite numerous attempts to seek help through Amazon’s customer service, I was met with an appalling level of negligence. For a staggering 9 months, my complaints fell on deaf ears. Representatives seemed either incapable or unwilling to comprehend the gravity of the situation. Their repeated reassurances proved to be empty gestures, and my frustration grew as my issue remained unresolved.
In stark contrast, Dell’s response when I finally managed to reach the Dell India head office was a breath of fresh air. The individual I spoke to took immediate action to address the issue caused by an Amazon seller’s negligence. They acknowledged the mistake, took accountability, and worked diligently to provide a viable solution. This direct intervention eventually led to the replacement of the laptop with a genuinely new and functional unit.
However, it’s important to underscore that this resolution was hard-earned. Amazon’s customer service deficiencies were the primary catalyst for this entire ordeal. It’s disheartening to realize that a company of Amazon’s stature can so blatantly disregard its customers, leaving them to suffer through months of frustration and disappointment.
In conclusion, while the intervention by Dell’s upper management was commendable, I cannot overlook the appalling negligence displayed by Amazon’s customer service. This entire experience underscores the need for Amazon to address their customer service shortcomings and take accountability for the actions of their sellers. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for potential Amazon customers and prompts the company to reassess its commitment to customer satisfaction.
