*Another Update – The PC literally crashed. I was facing lots of issues with this laptop and the final conclusion was to reset the PC and that’s when things got more worst worst worst. Now most of the apps are not working. Even the Microsoft Store is not working. This is so stupid and nonsense. What kind of laptop is this. I need a damm replacement for this @dell
This is probably the biggest mistakes of my life. Just after a week of usage I started getting issues in this laptop and it’s on loop.
Firstly, the fingerprint stops working again and again until I reinstall the fingerprint sensor driver again.
Secondly, the video stops working. Whenever I try to take video calls on any platform it doesn’t show the video at all. It just gets stuck just like that. There are no solutions to this from Dell till now even though I contacted them over chat but no solution. I wish I could replace it.
Thirdly, the never ending issue, HEATING. It heats like anything. The left side of the laptop gets too much heat due to which the system gets slow and freeze.
This was not at all expected from Dell, the only laptop brand I used to trust. But it’s vogus now. Such a disappointing experience.
