Dont buy this laptop .. Speaker was not working for this laptop .. Restarted some services and speaker started to work .. Later I saw different sounds or noise from speaker .. It happens multiple times ..

First of all its good at this price. In manual he is showing C-type USB is there, but actually there is no USB port. And charging is very poor for normal use also its not more than 2hrs. And its has the heating issue for normal purpose also over heating. Really irritated about heating. Other features are superb sound display and RAM speed. Developers need to think about the heating issue.

Its fast at multitasking there is no Lag in switching the windows . mouse pad is highly sensitive even a touch and pointer moves

Just with in 04 Months of purchase the screen holding of laptop sheared itself and the monitor is not opening up. Now, i am serching for authorised Dell service where can get repaired my under warranty laptop. However, all the so called authorised service center I have approached for repair, doesn’t repair under warranty product. Very poor service by Dell and Amazon.
