The Alienware X14 is a remarkable piece of engineering. Extremely powerful, yet unbelievably thin, the X14 is perfect for the power user on the GO. The Alienware design is unique. It has a great display and with an RTX card can run most games or other content creator workloads quite easily.

First of all this is a sleek and stylish looking laptop. I love everybit of it. Though it’s too expensive compared to the other brands with same configuration, I still love the design and build quality of this laptop. It looks premium.
The OS is really buggy. Very unreliable. It either doesn’t shutdown well or doesn’t start well. Always bluescreen and hard reboots. Really pisses me off. Only good thing is I’m using it for gaming only for now so no big issue. But with this kind of unstable OS, I don’t prefer it for work.
When I purchased this, there were couple of offers listed on in here from Dell. But when I try to claim them after purchasing of the laptop, dell simply rejected my claims. Even the customer support from dell promised me I’m eligible for the offer, after dragging it for couple of days, they simply closed my claim saying dell rejected my service tag.
Dell and the Dell back to collage offering company both acted like they both don’t work under DELL. This is really poor response from Dell.

2 days ago I bought the max specced version
=>i7 12th gen and RTX 3060 6gb along with 32gb RAM LPDDR5 5.2 GHz
• Its lightspeed fast and can play most AAA title game easily without sweat.
•Only downfall is battery drainage due to power hungry new gen i7 and fan is quite loud while playing even at normal setting, so headphone is a must.
•In terms of build quality it’s on par or above with Mac books. Even if it’s the thinnest gaming laptop it’s built like a tank.
•Dolby Vision + Dolby Atmos.
•1080p FHD screen it’s quite good for 14 in display. However sound quality is average. iPads sounds better. But for gamers speakers are negligible.
• Keyboard=1.2 mm travel distance only but tactical feedback is perfect for typing and gaming. Very nice and interesting. Quite better than any brands out there.
•Every damn ports are at the backside so there is cleanliness and unwanted wires are avoided.
Overall it’s near perfect. If you don’t care about shelling out some huge money on this innovation then it’s worth. However it’s quite expensive. Pound for pound, G14 is better for tight budget.

Not sure what the point of buying this is when the Dell G15-5525 with RTX3070Ti and 1TB is currently cheaper at Rs. 1,58,990
Thiyam Khuswant –
ok product but cost per product is not at all match ,high cost
Hrishikesh –
Yes, it is overpriced, but oh boy, am I impressed.
Pros:
– Fast 12th gen i7 (no i9 options due to TDP)
– Decent RTX 3060
– 32GB of fast RAM
– Head turning colour and design that just grows on you
– Sleek and lightweight
– Integrated Windows Hello with dual IR cameras
– Beautiful display with Dolby Vision
– Speakers punch above their weight with Dolby Audio
– Excellent thermals with almost no throttling even in Indian conditions
– Dell’s legendry warranty and after sales, including full accidental damage coverage
– USB type C charging
– Fast SSD
Cons
– Loud and screechy fans due to small blades and form factor
– Averagish battery life, but hey it’s an ultra portable gaming laptop
– Limited IO ports and their location at the back can be a hit or a miss, especially for audio
– Expensive, especially against competition that can give you more for the price or cost less in general
– Relatively large charger, even if it is sleek for the power it drives
– No large storage (1TB runs out fast with 30-50GB games)
All in all, I’d still say it’s one of the best package possible. If you have the money, do for it blindly, you won’t be disappointed for at least the next 3 years.

When you spend 2+ lakh on a product, you expect it to be flawless. Instead I received a product which was clearly used by someone before. Had multiple bumps on the inside panel ( attached a picture of one of many) and someone tried to take the sticker on the back. As a bonus, the backlight isn’t working at all no matter how many bios updates I have done. Contacted both Amazon and Dell regarding the same. Will post an update once they revert back.
