I have searched more than 2 months to choose a good laptop with my Budget. Finally found Dell laptop, which matches my requirement and most trusted brand in laptop. 1. Good performance laptop at this price range for Office related works 2. Speaker effect is good 3. Laptop is light weight 4. Battery backup is good – 4-5 hrs
Cons: 1. Not suitable for gaming perpestive. 2. Plastic quality is not upto to the mark 3. Front camera clarity is not good 4. No backlight option keyboard

Purchased in Amazon republicday sale offer for around 37k. It is my first laptop. I purchased it to learn computer. Light weight, windows 11, office 21 are pre installed. I use it for working on Ms office attending online classes and browsing. So there is no heavy load so far, so no issues and good battery life.

Not recommended. Device overheats in 2 to 5 minutes without any task. And in every bootup it’s showing Fan failed to respond error. And as mentioned in description there is no Keyboard backlight and no fingerprint sensor.
Product body is kind of plastic which bends easily. Keyboard is not comfortable to use.
There will be no return or replacement from Amazon. They said goto Dell service centre.
We can get good quality product with more features in other brands in same price range. Don’t buy this laptop.
