This generally good, inexpensive laptop. I have one with Windows 10 After a while I wanted to install my own version of Win 10. When i booted, installer wanted a certain driver, so i headed to their support page. To my horror their page says
‘The entirety of AVITA Laptop products do not support update of Win 10 S.
AVITA does not have plans to release Win 10 S based Laptop products.’
Once you buy you’re stuck with the stock installation.Buy at your own risk’

We purchased the same 14-inch AVITA laptop about two years ago for office data entry work. It’s really good, very lightweight, and still working fine. This laptop is not intended for designers or programmers; it’s ideal for college students or basic office tasks. Recently, we bought another 15.6-inch AVITA laptop, but twice we received a used laptop, and only on the third attempt we got the new one. Despite this issue, I love the machine’s performance, and it is very affordable compared to other laptops.

This generally inexpensive laptop but theres a catch, reason why
1. There’s zero, NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
2. There’s zero spare parts available which AVITA has or any other vendor is able to procure. Even the charger isn’t available.
So don’t buy this junk box which is money down the drain for even a minor issue.

I tried contact Amazon twice to schedule a technician visit, but the platform being buggy the was successful on UI but seems never landed to the portal due to which there’s no support being provided from Aamzon post the delivery window being closed. Neither Avita is providing any support as their toll free number is not reachable
