I got this lap for about 69000 and it was delivered on 28 September 2024
ASUS REJECTED THE WARRANTY CLAME I AM ASUS FAN AND I ALWAYS RECOMMEND ASUS LAPTOP TO EVERYONE NOW I FEEL SOO BAD FOR ME
Iam a collage student on the date October 17 2024 in the evening after returning from the college I opened the laptop and I noticed a silver dot on the screen near to the camera
After looking carefully at the dot i noticed that it was a small piece came off from on the oled
Screen and when I went to the service centre to replace the screen and they said that it is a physical damaged it is unable to clame the warranty. IAM SOO DISAPPOINTED
IT IS A GOOD LAPTOP AND HAVE A GREAT PERFORMANCE THE SERVICE CENTRE SAY THAT IT IS A DAMAGE CAUSED BY ME .LIKE CONTACTED THE SCREEN WITH A PEN OR PEN LIKE OBJECT OR CLOSED THE LID OF THE LAP WHEN THE SCREEN UNDER ANY OBJECT OR DUST . AND I AM UNABLE TO CLAME THE WARRANTY AND THEY SAID THE THEY CAN CHANGE THE SCREEN WITH PAYING 16000
SO I DECIDED TO NOT TO CHANGE IT
