After all my research I choose this laptop, because of its specifications. What i want Asus tuf ia giving me the same with decent price so I thought it would be perfect for me.
After waiting 5-6 business days I got my product delevered to me, I was so happy that day, as because of my happiness I avoid heating issue.
I noticed that there was heating issue in the down side of the ASUS logo, even the heat goes upto the number plate too.
I was not sure that it’s manufacturing fault or it usually heat that much because of high performance specifications.
So that night I didn’t sleep and check for that again and again, I play with armory crate software, where I found that the speed of rotation of my fan is showing Zero RPM.
The next day, I went to my brother’s house, where he is having the same model but that was 2020 model, before purchasing i got to know that there was some heating issue on that device but in 2022 model it’s resolved.
When I found that that 2020 model doesn’t have heating issue but my one is having too much heat then i found that, 2020 model where I can see the fan roation , but in my device there was no fan roation.
Thia was the main fault why my laptop was heating this much.
After I talk to the ASUS castomar care, the suggested me to wait for 72 hours and after tht they will arrange a person who will come and see whether there is problem or not, if there was major issue they will give me an clearence cirtificate from where I can get an replacement or refund from the seller.
But it would took 7-12 business days, they told me. So I didn’t wait for their reply…I directly call Amazon castomer care and they provide me with an application where they suggest me to run the softer and diagnose if there anything wrong or not, after getting results I called them again and explain about the problem, after having 2-3 conversation with different different exigative I got and chance to return my product.
But in thia case I request them for replacement, because at what price I got this product it’s not getting now. But they refused to do so.
Everything is good but, what I want is replacement what they didn’t give, so I went to Flipkart and buy another one with little lower specifications. Here I had to sacrifice because of Amazon.
So, if anyone from Amazon is reading this, give some facilities in this kind of things too.

Tuf the ultimate force! It can do anything you want to do .. gaming, editing, day to day task, everything works butter smooth 💯 . I got it at 1.10 lakh . Good buy . Go for it !

People are overreacting to this price increase Tuf was more of a budget option but they don’t understand the improvements Asus have made for both A15 and F15 is very significant like DDR5 ram, PCIE gen4 SSD, a 1000 times better screen way bigger battery etc. With this battery in the A15 90Whr it can last for 9-10 hours on light usage. I think the pricing is appropriate.
