As I’m casual gamer and probably played all AAA title games, this computer have several issues like screen freezing when switch between Intel gpu to Nvidia gpu and it take approx 2-3 minute to behave normal. Also it’s temperature reaches above 95 degree when playing and game on ultra setting with using of cooling pad. Now come to sound its sound quality is flickring when you watch video through YouTube otherwise there is no issue. Yes this is the best in segment but I don’t know whether acer compromise its hardware quality or not.

Don’t spend this much money. Better to buy Xbox/PS and Macbook/HP/Dell.
Inconsistent Software, USB charging does not work, and it should, as it has a Thunderbolt port,
Video/OS Display sometimes gets delayed when its battery is at 25%, and if we plug the charging, this issue does not go away; after a couple of restarts, this problem solves..
So this has excellent hardware and performance, but these minor, small issues are not worth spending this much on.
And I don’t have hope these issues will resolve.

No complaints on the performance but the audio is mediocre and the dtsx audio driver is currupted and there is no way to fix it even after several reset and driver reinstall. The drivers shipped were working fine but it gets auto updates and breaks the dtsx functionality

PACKAGING OF THE PRODUCT WAS EXCELLENT THANKS TO SELLER AND FLIPKART, PRODUCT IS ALSO GOOD I WAS HAVING SOME PROBLEM EITH HEATING ISSUE BUT BUT THEN I REINSTALLED N-VIDIA GEFORCE APP AND UPDATED MY GRAPHICS DRIVERS WITH CLEAN INSTALL AND THEN EVERYTHING WORKS FINE. I ALSO DID WINDOWS UPDATE AND UPDATED PREDATOR SENSE SOFTWARE… OVERALL PRODUCT IS GOOD.
