Worst product, policy is not clearly mentioned. Always a software glitch. Customer support was not helpful and they just speak nonsense about the process and ultimately no result. –
Not happy with the product as within 2 days the software was corrupted. Biggest mistake to buy this on amazon as there is no way to return or replace it. Support team gives u all nonsense advices and mention policy 10 times but nowhere it is visible while buying the product.

This laptop came with 512 GB SSD and 8 GB ram. Expandable upto 32 GB.. I tried to open this laptop to expand the RAM and what I see ? There is a fkin “Warranty void if seal is broken” Sticker on one of the screw hole.
How are you supposed to upgrade anything without openining the laptop just tell me. Whos stupid IDEA was this.
Just go for any other laptop if u dont want to WASTE your warranty. Extended warranty will also be invalid. DO NOT BUY IT.
