First of all, I got the one with Windows 11/ Office 2021.
Was in a bit of a confused state, to buy or not to, with so many mixed reviews but finally decided to go for it and after a month of use, I would say that I made the right decision.
The device offers a lot, with 360 degrees rotating touch screen and a stylus included in the box for just about a bit more than 50k (with exchange and discounts of course). Don’t think one would get a better device for this cost from a hardcore laptop manufacturer. One thing that I miss is a dedicated graphics card that would have made it almost perfect, but still, it’s great. No complaint and regrets till now. Would highly recommend this device to anyone.

The media could not be loaded.
The issue is that sometimes the laptop does not come on. The light on the esc key and caps lock key comes on but the screen does not come on. After repeated putting on and off, and waiting for 10-12 minutes each time only then it comes on. This problem has occurred many times and at first a real time clock error used to flash on the screen for about 1 second. my daughter called the customer care and they are not able to help

The main highlight of this laptop is Touch-screen (display quality is best).
laptop performance is very good and no lags for Multi tasking purpose with good battery (me getting around 5-6hrs),
good sound quality.
Only problem is keyboard, i had changed entire keyboard 2 times (issues raised at Number keys) since 3 years of usage.

This is a faulty laptop from Lenovo. It has many issues as below and complete waste of money.
1) Motherboard was faulty and laptop stopped charging within couple of months. I visited service center and they changed the motherboard.
2) Now, its around 15 months and laptop gets shutdown automatically every few times. It gets shutdown 5 to 10 times daily so its unusable.
3) Also, there are heating issues with lighter work like browsing internet or watching youtube.
4) Laptop gets hanged while browsing
I bought this so I can do coding practice but its not suitable for browsing as well.
