White dots screen blooding appear on the laptop screen. And the battery in the laptop is not working. The laptop works while charging and when the charging button is turned off, the laptop shuts down instantly. It has been seen that the laptop hangs a lot. Overall, it is estimated that the used laptop is renewed and sent without giving a new laptop. For that I think it is a good decision to return and get money back rather than exchanging the laptop again. So please accept my request and refund me as soon as possible.

The most impressive feature of this laptop are the speakers, I was blown away by how loud and spacious the sound was. There may be other laptops with better speakers but at this price, you cannot ask more. With that aside, the laptop works fine for general browsing and other low power works. You can do a bit of gaming (8GB RAM variant) but don’t get your hopes too high, I played CSGO and got an average of 50 fps on low settings. Laptop will get hot if do heavy tasks and the fan noise is loud enough in a quiet room. Another thing I noticed was that there are 2 vents for fans but only one them work, the other vent is just for show. The touch is fine, you don’t get a touch pen with the 8GB RAM variant, speaking of touch, the screen is sufficiently bright, but not enough for outdoors. On battery however, the automatic dimming of the screen is a bit annoying. You also have touch ID on the power button which works good, no complaints about that.
Personally I think you get a lot more features for 50k than other laptops, at least here on Amazon. If your looking for a fast laptop for work and browsing, this is good, Video editing and gaming? Look elsewhere.

Overall a good device.
Only complain would be the colour calibration of the display. Primary usage being media consumption, its a bit of an issue.
Solid build, good speed, type c charger and average battery.
Was going to buy Asus flip for 5k less, but happy with this purchase as this has a better overall value as a 2-in-1.
Update Jan 23: Dell’s cinema colour app was the culprit. Reset the display driver from device manager and uninstalled that app – colours are back to normal now.
After using this device for a month, I see that it takes quite some time to resume from sleep after an hour or more. Other than that, no other issues.

I was amazed at the screen quality of this laptop, the keyboard has a nice dell signature feel, and the touch screen is just a bonus. I have ordered a hp stylus will update when I use it on this. Those who are worried about the screen brightness of 250nits, this is at minimum brightness settings in direct ceiling light conditions. So i wouldn’t worry about brightness at max, its too much for indoor lighting. I think its srgb 100% so the blacks are really hard to distinguish from the black borders so its really accurate. Obviously you can go for it👍

Ram is upgradable upto 32 gb other brands dont offer in this price range , 54 wh battery gives upto 8 to 9 hr backup build quality is ok screen is also fhdplus so a light taller display i got it at 51k for i3 12th gen i bought extra 8gb ram and a normal touch pen ,
Pros:
> decent performance for office use and browsing purposes
> future proof of upgrading ram
>speakers are really good
> display touch response if good but picture quality is manageable
>can support 8k display @60hz
cons:
> laptop gets really update if u do intense work , even while updating windows update it heats up
> only 2 gb free ram avaialble when you bootup out of 8gb so be prepared to buy additional if u do intense work

It’s a device that does just about everything right. It’s a great pick for productivity, browsing, and even light gaming.
In my testing, it was able to handle intense office workloads with little to no heat or slowdown. Given how thin and light this device is, it delivers a combination of power and portability that you’ll be hard-pressed to find in many other laptops.
An ultra-portable device capable of running most tasks while providing a cinema-like viewing experience. Its display is easy on the eyes, bright, and sharp enough that you aren’t distracted by edges. It is powerful enough for intensive video editing and advanced gaming. It is also easy to carry around from place to place, and be able to last all day without needing to be plugged in.
Thus, everything I loved about Dell Inspiron 7420, including configuration, the fast performance, striking design, and fast-response touch.

Light weight and compact, config is too good.
