I wasted my 1.7 lakh by buying 2 touch laptops & got pathetic response & no assistance from fraud Dell team reasons 1. Heat rapidly 2. Hang 3. 360 turn is use less not properly 4. Keyword issue in 2 months 5. Screen issue in 5months 6. Pathetic customer care 7. I have bill with proper document if anyone wants to buy in scrap price, will for lenovo or apple
