Decent laptop with good touch screen response and smooth touch experience. But what actually lured me to buy this laptop was the Intel Iris Xe graphics. But there is no such thing as Intel Iris Xe graphics in the laptop as mentioned in the description page here on Amazon, instead there is Intel UHD graphics and the performance difference between the Intel Iris Xe and Intel UHD graphics is that the Intel Iris Xe performs 4x better than Intel UHD.
Active pen comes with the laptop which works pretty fine with the laptop.
Could not test the battery properly in the short span, but can say that on battery, it would last for 6 hours on typical usage.
Since it comes with the Intel UHD graphics, hence it can only play low end games smoothly. Not recommended for 3d game with frame rate more than 30 fps. I played Asphalt 9, not much of lags were there though.
Since I wanted a little bit of performance oriented laptop, I asked for replacement as I thought this one had the Intel UHD graphics. Even after asking for a replacement and the Amazon Executive assuring me a replacement, I got a refund for my product. Meanwhile this return/ Replacement process, I got to know from the Dell’s Website, on the product’s landing page and as per the specifications provided on Dell’s website this laptop comes with Intel UHD graphics only. For the Intel Iris Xe variant of this laptop you need to upgrade to the Intel i5 1135G Variant.
Request Amazon to rectify the specifications mentioned in the product description page.
4k videos on youtube play smoothly, might lag because of slow internet connection.
Didn’t try the 8k video, but sure enough to tell that 8k videos may lag.
Tried the Userbenchmark Test, didn’t perform well. During the test, lags were to be seen.
I now have Purchased the same laptop with the dedicated NVIDIA MX350 Graphics bundled with the Intel i5 which is somewhat a bit more costlier than the Intel Iris Xe bundled with Intel i5 one, so I went for the NVIDIA one as Dedicated NVIDIA graphics, whatsoever, has an upper hand when compared to the integrated Intel Iris Xe Graphics.

This is based on roughly 20 days of usage. The battery life is decent. Performance is good. However, the camera quality feels really poor compared to some of the less expensive Dell laptops I’ve used. The laptop with headphones on has good sound (used my own in-ear headphones) but not the case without headphones. It also comes with one of those drawing pens – however, there is no stand for the pen, so I’m forced to hold on to the packaging. Another thing, which is Dell’s problem not Amazon’s, is that the warranty extension process isn’t online and even after you register your device on the Dell site, you still need to call the call centre to extend it. This is not the case if you purchase from Dell directly (there was no exchange offer from Dell if I purchased directly, which is why I chose Amazon) and I see no reason why they can’t offer the warranty online. This part of the consumer experience hasn’t been factored in, in fact it’s almost punitive in nature because you’re purchasing outside of Dell.

No service center help available, inspite of repeatedly calling customer care. Not at all recommended.
