I bought the laptop via Amazon India in Aug 2023 (less than 6 months). Laptop started having issues in Dec 2023 with keyboard not working (power key does not work). After repeated tries laptop booted with blank screen . ASUS support is even worse. Either their phone number doesn’t work or if it works no one answers. After spending atleast 5 hours each day reaching phone and email support , a technician came and informed me that laptop has corrupt OS. How is that even possible when i am the single user of that laptop. Does it mean AMAZON delivered a defective or used laptop? I have recommendations from friends not to buy on Amazon because a lot of duplicate items are sold. Amazon India doesn’t care since they also make money.

When laptop lifting or moving from one place to another display falling, hinge is not stable

After using 2 weeks: everything is excellent as promised, but after long use it used to get over heat and hangs a little but it’s not very often and it’s hinge is not stable after certain angle (~130°), but over all this is the best flip laptop at this price range [recommended☆☆☆☆☆]
