Original Product from Clicktech Retail Pvt. Ltd. Seagate 5 TB External HDD @ Rs.9,698.00 was a deal price that I couldn’t resist. I received a company sealed packed brand new product. A++ SELLER. I wish them all the best and would definitely promote them if I get similar deals in the future. Transfer speed for small files is fast enough in USB 3.0 but for large files is limited to 100mb/s ( I transferred 805 GB in 6 hours in a single go).

I had issue with windows slower speed it was in kb only so after trying on internet i found the fix..
Now everything is ok usb hub was not providedinv enough power. Here is the fix
Go to device manager then
This is where you can manage power settings for the USB Root Hub.
Uncheck the box that says Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power. This can help prevent issues with USB devices disconnecting or slowing
USB Selective Suspend Setting: This setting can be adjusted from the Power Options in the Control Panel (as mentioned in previous responses). Disabling this can help prevent the USB device from going into a low power state.
Power Options:
Right-click on the Start button and select Power Options.
Click on Additional power settings.
Select your power plan and then click Change plan settings.
Click Change advanced power settings.
Look for USB settings > USB selective suspend setting and set it to Disabled.

This is my 5th seagate hard disk, i use them all only to store 4k movies, data transfer speed is around 100 mb/s and 5tb disk appears to be bit slow compared my 4tb disk bought 3 years ago, surprising!
