Bought 2 years back. Product is under warranty but no support for warranty claim.
Earlier i have bought multiple seagate and wd hdds. Their warranty claim is seamless.
I thought to give a try to adata as it had 3 years warranty. Wont buy again.

It is very good to hold, carry and use. The speed of the transfer is vary from files size and types. I found few transferred around 20MB/s and few around 80MB/s. Your PC spec also matters to increase the speed of the transfer.. I feel i made a right choice on buying External HDD.. 🙂

It has been only 2 days of my purchase, so i cant give a proper review of this hard drive.
Physical overview: Sturdy, compact, nice design with cable holder. The silicon material is great but prone to Dust and Oil magnet, but not deal breaker.
Transfer speed was upto 130Mbps in USB3.0 and 20mbps in usb 2.0
The file system is Fat32 as default.
One star less due to warranty period claim. Mentioned as 3 years but i got for 2.5 years.
otherwise best Durable Drive below Rs 4000

I wrote the above description in February 2018.
It was working fine but stopped in May 18. The Hard Drive could not be initialized. I did try to recover my files but none softwares recognize it. I will get replacement for the same. Maybe there is some fault in this Product, make sure to check other disks.

The replaced hardisk is working excellent. The read and write speeds are 120mbps on average. Good product

Well I haven’t explored it’s Shockproof or waterproof feature yet.but this one surely looks quite sturdy and casing looks made out of good quality plastic and on top of that there is a rubber coating ,which is suppose to absorb the fall.may be partially.
There is no reason to give it a star less.it’s just because I have using it only for a month and haven’t experienced a fall or water splash or something like that yet.
So kudos.go ahead and buy if you are looking for something to rely on.and yeah,the cable manager is dope.
I bought it at 3900 in a deal.
You will get other wd/Seagate around this price only.moreover you need to buy a case.in this case you don’t have to buy any case,so paying 2-300 more than other HDDs is a smart choice.

I’m a cinematographer and digital artist so I need A LOT more storage than the usual user. This is my second time buying this hard drive. I’m a biker and I ride everywhere I go. Build quality is easily it’s strongest feature. It has survived falling in water, heavy rainfall and ocassionally dropping it. The cable of the first hard drive got lose on the hdd end after a while but I haven’t encountered this problem on the second one yet. All my footage and assets or stored in these hard drives and they work lightning fast. Read/write speeds are really fast and impressive. If you travel a lot and often go through rough circumstances, this is a perfect hard drive.
