PC is reasonable. But it failed to recognize its WiFi dongle (provided with the PC). When I reported this issue to their customer support, their response was “We sold you only the PC. Whatever inside PC are complementary from us. So warranty does not cover complementary items provided. What a strange (cunning) way of ….. be your-own judge. However, Amazon staff was very helpful. They told me get a new WiFi dongle from Amazon market place and then call them to get a refund of its cost.

the RAM and hardware installed inside it are chinese which are replaceble but rest of all the things of hardware in it like motherboard etc are genuine of Dell but the software installed in it is pirated one to buy this must also purchase windows 10 pro genuine software also it is in a bad condition ! there are many scratches on it

CPU has some scratches on the body which suggest that it is previously used. But when i started it is working properly. Few problem which i noticed that internal speakers are not working properly and also WIFI is not connecting to broadband router. But both problems i solved by connecting external speaker and wifi dongle. So if you know how to fix hardware of the PC’s then you wont face any problem with the CPU. If you dont know anything about PC hardware then you will have to consult someone for some existing issues
