It’s very good product, what I was expecting that I got performance is very nice when you switch it on hardly take one minute and it’s function is very smooth as well why I’m saying that because our work is something like heavy usage like 12-14 hrs in a day and CPU continuously work till that time very smoothly we used that cpu in graphic designing. So we found that it’s function is very cool and smooth it’s nice purchase and after sale service are excellent from the seller.

So this was the first time I bought a refurbished product after much thinking. Initially on opening the package everything looked new and well packed. Genuine Windows and MS Office it took some time to boot but some it was new I thought may be it will be fine after some boot ups. It was a mistake because after a month it started taking almost 10 minutes to boot and now it’s become 15 minutes. Programs open so slow like u can click on a program to open and make ur breakfast in the time it opens. The only solution to this may be installing a new SSD and change the processor. I think it must be made mandatory for reburbished products to mention why they were refurbished and what was the fault which was rectified and how.

Bought this item considering my requirement .Even after reading some bad reviews went for it because of past good relations with Amazon. This product came 1day before mentioned dated and was I delighted with the service. Now when product given power supply even hard drive started and I was looking at monitor anticipating the boot sequence on it nothing came on monitor for 10 mins thought it might be issue with HDMI port hence changed the port but issue remains same then changed HDMI cable without positive result. Thought of VGA port luckily I had VGA to HDMI converter which was working good with my other CPU but that attempt was also failed then finally called customer care i.e. we have to ask them to call us from hidden number they called I explained problem the executive said they will send replacement. I thought ok even I am betting on renewed part and my luck didn’t work and I agreed. When I checked the CPU unit the widows license was of windows 7 pro but the product description it is mentioned windows 10.I thought as this is renewed unit they might have installed windows 10 but as I was not able to see boot sequence I am not in position to comment what windows was actually installed in it. Now real trouble starts my replacement arrived at my doorsteps the delivery boy ask for faulty unit to hand over to him I handed same to him .He like a professional technician said this product description mentions windows 10 and here the sticker on CPU is of windows 7pro.I cannot handover replacement as this doesn’t match ,I tried to explain him all details as mentioned above but he was to adamant and started argument over it. .I said to him let me call to you customer care they will sort it out and explain to you. While I tried to handover CC executive call to him he went away without giving any notice to my request. Now after repetitive calls to customer care I received there comments that as the replacement is cancelled we cannot do any thing and we will start refund process only after receiving first faulty unit back to us. I felt so bad about incident and considered how fool I was to invest my money before even looking at product in hand. Please this is my humble request don’t put your self in such jeopardized situation where whole misunderstanding is created by Amazon but its customer has to suffer and pay for there mistakes.

First of all I don’t know why so many negative comments. I was hesitating because of that. But went ahead. The PC is just as described. Works perfectly fine. Meets all the specs- the CPU is Intel i 4570, quadcore, 3.2Ghz. Memory 8 GB is adequate. A 500GB hard disk. And windows 10 Pro. On the whole a good package. One small thing- you have to arrange 2 cables yourself, they are not provided in the box. Power cable and Display port to HDMI cable to connect a monitor. This is the first day and am glad it is working just fine. Now have to see how reliable it will be. Though looking at the condition, it looks reliable. I would recommend it. Now about those have faced problems- it could be a bad piece or it could be they were not conversant with the proper use of this PC. You need to be somewhat familiar with the basics of computer to setup on your own. For instance, the disk comes with Windows 10 Pro installed. You need to create the other partition for your data etc. by formatting the unallocated space. Otherwise some may think is it a smaller HDD than specified. WIll update in a few weeks and report how it continues to perfrom.
