Disappointed. WiFi adapter is not working. The product is not even close to the picture. The monitor delivered is a square one and it seems a very old model. Keyboard and mouse also not good. Even though it has 8GB RAM it is very slow. It seems like a very heavily used product. May be I have over expected from a Renewed product, but at least it should worth money. Planning to return. Not at all satisfied.

WiFi not working. CD cabinet having issues while trying to open it. Monitor also not correctly oriented.

We purchased this product from Amazon on 15-12-2020, after repeated confirmation y seller Newjaisa that all items are exactly as declared in product specs, and both MS Windows and MS Office are genuine licensed versions. Now after 10 months, MS Office is diplaying an error message that we are a victim of counterfeit software piracy. How can pirated software be sold in Amazon? Need immediate resolution and confirmation please.

I am very happy with the product, Only the monitor is Blue in color. I tried to adjust the screen, but that did not help. Over all the system is very good. I hope the monitor could be replaced for something much better. the key board and the mouse too seemed to be used a lot before sending it over. lot of stains on them. the packaging was very nice well.

This machine is useless. With the intention of saving some money on my CPU purchase, i not only have lost all the money, but also have lost peace of mind.
Within a month of purchase i had to replace the mouse, then the keyboard, then the VGA cable and now the CPU also woudnt start. So its completely dead now.
My sincere advise, stay away from this
