Contacted Amazon Customer service and they have been unable to help despite speaking to executives at 3 different hierarchy levels. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED! I bought this HP CPU from NEW JAISA Amazon seller recently and it’s been fantastic. It runs all my applications smoothly and is perfect for both work and gaming. Setup was easy and straightforward.
