This replaces the Dell laptop that was used in the recording studio to capture the podcasts on the DAW. Today was day of delivery. Plugged in mouse, keyboard, monitor, Ethernet cable and turned it on. After it did a disk repair on startup, or at least said it was doing disk repair which I don’t think that was exactly what it did, it opened into Win 11 desktop. I did a Win 11 update, rebooted and so far its, silent and giving 1920×1080 excellent color. The SSD drive came 2x partitioned, one for opsys and one empty which I will use for data. On the empty partition I found MS Office uninstalled with the install .exe but I have no use for that this only uses one software and that is the DAW. The seller did not load a bunch of junk on it so it came very clean with no unwanted software at all, only the Win system. I set it to never turn off so I left it on in the studio and will do a 24 hour burn in and see what happens, but so far, very nice little computer. An update will come in another couple months.

This was my 2nd renewed product. No Doubt the renewed product from Amazon(Selected Seller) is as good as new. I received Dell Wyse instead of Dell OptiPlex. No matter as my requirement was i5 6th gen processor with 16gb ram & 480gb SSD. I got that. I basically purchased for doing software coding & it is working very smooth. Also I got the HDMI port in it. So need not to purchase D port to HDMI convertor.
Deducted 1 star as the product which was shown in images was not actually what I received. In both cases of renewed product this happened. Amazon request you to do the needful as your renewed product is great as per my experience.

Does not have wifi in it. Had to buy a usb wifi dongle.
