System was working very slow since beginning. I had a limited use of taking occasional print outs in office, so was somehow managing for all this while.
RAM stopped working few days before and when contacted seller refused warranty citing a week time being passed since purchase date. I am following up for a resolution but they are not supportive.
Raising issue with AMAZON for some help!
Hope to get a fair and just resolution.
Looking into the experience till now this seller and machine is highly not recommended.

Power saving mode comes at 1day used and at present not working kindly replace another and We got this product post reading reviews about it. But this is a farce. The cpu stopped booting within a week and then it was an uphill task contacting for support on warranty coverage.
A total of mindboggingly 60-70 mails and multiple calls over a period of 2 months was how long it took them to call for and replace/repair cpu after involving amazon customer support in it. Received back was working slow for 1 day only where no work could be undertaken and then back to cpu not booting.
Now we have realised that the support team only wastes time to get over their time period of offering warranty and the product is a hit or miss seeing the reviews. If it works then you are lucky if it does not then it will not no matter what they do.
They are now talking of providing an onsite engineer to solve but they will waste time by re asking stupid questions which adds to frustration over the fact that you have been taken for a ride.
Would not recommend anyone to purchase that is for sure. Amazon also leaves the warranty support to the seller and it’s a very difficult task to get their customer team to cooperate.Dear All,
Kindly resolve this issue in urgency basis.
I have experienced this is very painful to me and never purchased these refreshed/renewed items of electronics in Amazon or Flipkart I will complaint to Amazon/Flipkart top management about this issue to close the business with irresponsible agencies.
