I picked up the product on the 5th of Oct 2022, as I was swayed by the guarantee offered by Lenovo. I needed a space saving Pc and I wanted to change all 5 of my point of sale machines. The Mini Pc functioned well till the 27th of October. We kept a watch on the machine, as we would be buying 04 more if this proved its calibre. Just after the date of return closed, the pc stopped working. Now here’s where the fun part starts. I spoke to the Local Lenovo service centre, sent a copy of the Invoice and packaging slip, the only documents provided by the seller. The Centre at first asked me to send the machine, but on receipt said that they needed the serial number. Now neither the machine, nor the invoice had the serial number. Amazon customer care said that the service centre needed to give a “Denial of service” letter for them to return the product. So now I’m stuck with a non-working machine, denial of service and Amazon unable to send me the serial number from the seller. I’m quite disappointed that the seller knew that the serial number is required for any service related issue, and did not provide it at the time of sale. I’m unhappy with the Marol Centre that they did not check the invoice for the serial number nor asked me to check the body of the machine. I ended up wasting time, money and resources.

Not working from 2nd day and returned back.

Very slow. Facing wifi dongle connection issues. Response from seller is also pathetic
