The product appears almost like a new one. Everything is per expectation. Just began to use it. Setup has been done in a very professional manner. Hopefully, the desktop will serve me well for at least a year or two. Will definitely recommend to others.

The apps worked fine at first but then stopped working and sarted lagging and stopping in the middle so i contacted their customer service for a warranty claim but they refused to let me claim warranty they tried doing things online but that didn’t help so they told me there’s nothing they can do and the guy I was talking to kept purposly cutting my calls in the middle of talking multiple time in they refused to acknowledge the issue I had was real and kept telling me that this is not a gaming computer that this is just how it’s going to work there’s nothing they can do and didn’t let me claim warranty telling me they can’t help me since there’s NOTHING wrong with the system which isn’t true, there is clearly something wrong since things that worked perfectly fine stopped working i kept telling them that repeatedly while the guy kept cutting my call like I’m some child whining about my games not working I feel extremely disrespected and disappointed both in the product and the service this was a birthday present so it’s even more upsetting.
