It wasn’t a seemless experience with the PC. All the harware was as per spec. It has i5 9500T. SsD is partitioned in two drive.
Display issues;
1. It has two Display Ports but it detects only monitor with mDP port. It doesn’t detect DP to VGA port. One ot ten times it me detect but no bios display on converter. I tried with multiple converters.
2. If you have VGA monitor display port will not work. You need to buy type C to VGA converter.

Audio issue:-
1. Audio 3.5 mm slots are not working both ports speaker and headphones port. I tried driver update. No luck.
2. Only USB or audio with c type converter works.
BT and wifi:
1. Wifi BT card was missing. Seller provided 2.4gh wifi usb dongle. No BT connection.
Service Team: 5 star for service time. Quick in response and they do followup as well.
I lost display but they tried to help. After bios update display again works

The media could not be loaded.
Very bad experience. PC is fully repaired and heating a lot. Continuous fan running with distorted noice. Does not supposed even qhd monitor. Only works with full HD.
