i think this product do not support further updates or there is a serious problem,
CPU consumption is very high even with no applications are running,
it is literally impossible to awake the computer after sleep timeout set to 5 mins by default.
and the CPU shows more than usage signs on the surface, scratches and dents

Writing this review after using this product for 3 months –
I have received this ChromeBox with very good packaging, and the scratches and spots are very minimal. It looks almost new.
The configuration I got was –
1. Windows 11 Pro (Activated)
2. MS Office (Not Activated)
3. Processor: intel i7 8th Gen 8650U (Mobile Processor)
4. Motherboard: Google Kench
5. RAM: 16GB
6. SSD: 480GB
Now let’s talk about the Pros & Cons –
PROs –
1. Reasonable price
2. Fan noise is very low
3. Looks almost new
4. Good customer support
5. Decent performance
6. Low power consumption
CONS –
1. Hardware Incompatibility (TPM & Sleep Mode is not supported)
2. A separate restart or reboot button is not available
NOTE: Issues I have faced during the usage of these three months –
After using this CPU for two months, one day while I was working on it, suddenly it got turned off (not restarted or rebooted) without any heating issues. and the same problem happened at least four to five times in the course of one week. After that, I contacted New Jaisa customer care, and they fixed the issue remotely via AnyDesk. Two weeks have passed, and till now I have not faced the same problem again. I hope if I face the same issue again, NewJaisa will help me with that.
Conclusion –
I bought this CPU for my coding work, and it does my job perfectly, so if you want to buy or build a new CPU for basic work like browsing, coding, and photo and video editing (low level) and your budget is less than 20K, then you can go for it.
