I was initially hesitant to buy this Dell Mini PC because I thought I might be getting a refurbished unit. The first two days were a bit concerning as the device was making a lot of noise. However, after the system completed all its updates, the noise stopped completely, and it’s been quiet since then.
I also had an issue with the PC randomly restarting, but I called customer support, and they were extremely helpful. The representative immediately tried to resolve the issue, which gave me the confidence I needed to keep the product after Amazon’s 7-day replacement window had passed.
One thing that surprised me was that my variant actually came with a built-in speaker, which was a nice bonus! However, I did face some issues with the WiFi dongle that frequently disconnected and limited my speed to 20-30Mbps, even though I have a 200Mbps Airtel connection. To fix this, I ordered a TP-Link 600 Mbps WiFi adapter, and it’s been working perfectly, giving me the full 200Mbps speed.
Another great thing is that both Windows and Office were activated, which is definitely a plus! All of this for 10-11K, and I’m really happy with the value I’ve received.
Now, I’m optimistic. If it continues to work smoothly for 6 months, I’ll be confident it’ll last much longer. For now, I’m happy with my purchase!

I purchased a refurbished Dell CPU from Amazon, and overall, I am very satisfied with the product. Here’s my detailed feedback:
1. Condition: The CPU arrived in excellent condition with minimal signs of wear. The packaging was secure, and all components were intact.

Don’t fall for the price. Mine didint even work for a month. It just suddenly stopped working and didnt turn on after that. I even sent the product to recyclekart who are the warranty providers. They replaced it with another one(which they said was different and they had checked , but I believe they sent the same machine), but guess what that also didn’t work, didn’t even turn on. Don’t fall for the price, this product has no utility whatsoever. Got fleeced for my money that’s all. Amazon should list such products. Pathetic

ISSUE WITH THE PRODUCT & THE REPLACEMENT PROCESS:
The machine I received was faulty, it made a lot of noise (as if an electric saw in buzzing from inside) & it was missing WiFi 5G connection capabilities (because of the WiFi adaptor they sent with it).
I raised a request for replacement but the process has been an unnecessarily challenging experience.
It seems like an elaborate scheme to just sell customers non-working low quality products.
I would strongly discourage anyone to buy from them.
